PermisGo is a free study tool for the Swiss driving theory exam. We do not guarantee exam success. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

You are responsible for your account and any activity under it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The app may contain advertisements, sponsored content, and partner offers. By using the app, you consent to receiving personalised ads and promotional content based on your usage data and profile.

All illustrations, designs, branding, and code in PermisGo are our original work and are protected by copyright. Reproduction is prohibited without written permission.

Quiz images used in the app are user and community-provided content. While they are not our original property, by submitting content to PermisGo, contributors grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute such content within the app.

By submitting any content (including images, feedback, or suggestions) to PermisGo, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that content in connection with the service.

PermisGo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (which is zero).

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, UK.
